  Awful customer service. Their brochure is misleading and they are not around ever to answer the phone. The Josten's rep that was outside my sister's school was completely rude to my mother. The rep yelled at all the parents including my own. He raised his voice over and over to my mother who was just asking him questions on the most confusing website and order forms. They even gave a two day deadline to parents to order their child's cap and gown. The rep also called my mother cheap numerous times for trying to purchase a $27 bracelet that my sister had really liked. All in all, worst experience with Josten's. I hope the schools switch to a different company for the sake of other parents.
