  I had a horrible experience with Fleur De Lis. I ordered a deluxe bouquet for Mother's Day for $60 a week in advance. It was supposed to be beautiful but what was delivered was far from that. They mixed up my order to something that was hideous. The flowers were dead and unappealing. It looked like it was sitting out for quite some time, it was not fresh nor radiant. I could not find an exact match on their website but I am assuming it was a florist choice. I called and complained but no refund and no reply from emails. I hope who ever got my arrangement was happy with it. Their website promises a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but that is bold face lie. They will steal your money and not assume responsibility. My poor mother could not get her flowers on Mother's Day. I suggest you look at other florist or better yet, your nearest Vons or Ralph because their flowers are better quality than this florist shop. Do not be fooled with their free delivery, it is not worth you waiting all day for flowers that are the lowest quality. Fleur De Lis disregards customer service and I will tell everyone about this experience in hopes to deter them from ever purchasing from this joke of a shop.

  Ordered an anniversary bouquet for my wife. Needed it delivered in morning because she was leaving early from work. No other florist would promise a timed delivery because I was ordering last minute. Not only did the arrangement look outstanding, but they went out of their way to make the delivery within 15 minutes of placing the order. They did not charge for delivery and the customer service was SUPERB!!! Definitely found an outstanding new florist. They saved the day!!!!
