Customer Service rep. or as she said supervisor would help in anyway to correct problem or replace they sell for 5.00 ea. I would think that Alpan could have been more help. Talked to Costco about problem and they just told me to bring them in and they would be happy to replace all 8 the complete set, Don't buy this product but do shop at Costco.
